Key Responsibilities:
Product Development & Ownership:
- Play an integral role in product development and roadmap planning. Take proactive ownership of the products and features you're responsible for, ensuring they align with our vision and standards.
Architecture & Development:
- Collaboratively define the architecture of new apps and features for existing ones.
- Lead the end-to-end development process, requiring a holistic understanding of the products—from engineering and coding to refining user interfaces.
Quality Assurance:
- Enhance the quality of our apps by identifying and rectifying bugs, and undertaking necessary refactoring to improve performance and maintainability.
Library Expansion & Efficiency:
- Contribute to and expand our Swift libraries, ensuring that our engineering practices remain efficient, effective, and in line with the latest standards.
Tech Trends & Opportunities:
- Remain informed about emerging mobile technologies, especially in the Swift ecosystem. Test and evaluate promising technologies to ensure we leverage cutting-edge tools and practices.
- Identify game-changing opportunities and integrate them into our processes to propel our business productivity.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Swift and a solid understanding of its ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience in mobile app development, with a portfolio of apps or significant features to showcase.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on clean and efficient coding practices.
- Familiarity with modern mobile app architectures, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
